Each day you’ll also explore the timeless spiritual philosophy of Vedanta, which is the foundation of many of the Chopra Center’s teachings. The teachings will be made personal through the lecture sessions as well as a combination of experiential activities that include advanced yogic practices and a unique experience of pranayama techniques to expand consciousness and the body's vital energy.
