Each day you will learn tools and techniques to balance and heal your body, your emotions, and your soul.
Your weekend begins with Primordial Sound Meditation instruction by master meditation teacher davidji. You will receive your Primordial Sound mantra in a personal session, and there will be ample opportunity to get answers to all of your meditation questions. We will explore the power of meditation to relieve stress and access your untapped reserves of creativity.
